    2、从实际出发,实施准军事化管理,从难从严落实训练计划。通过近半年的理论学习、培训,提高了队员的综合素质,改善了队员的工作态度,激发了队员团结合作精神,同时也提高了服务质量,增强了责任感和工作热情。通过强化专业训练,增强了队员体制,完全了军人工作作风,雷厉风行,给小区业主一个安全感。一年来我保安员在执勤中,为住户看管忘记关门的事件数起,为业主看管忘锁车门的事件数起,电梯停电时,帮助居民提拿物品,背老人爬十多层楼梯,帮助老人找孩子等,多次接到住户的激请和答谢,这些都体现了我们保安队伍整体素质的提高,也是质的飞跃。

    东湖上城小区是比较复杂的小区,保安在正常巡逻执勤以外,还要肩负着上城小区、金融大厦、庆客隆的商业网点管理。商贩们乱设摊点,占道经营,牌匾不规范,乱设广告灯箱,严重影响了小区的外环境,更有甚者还堵塞了消防通道。这些已成为我们保安队的日常工作,大家知道保安队的人员流动性比较大,有时人员倒不过来,我就自己亲自去清理,有的商贩非常不讲理,我软硬兼施,由于我们没有执法权,收效不是很大,我也经常遭受商贩们的拳脚,这一项工作难度就相当的大。
